There's no denying winter is definitely here now - we've had the first dusting of snow, with maximum temperatures of around -5° predicted for mid next week; all the Christmas markets are open with their very festive atmosphere; and by Monday it is law for all cars to have their winter tyres fitted. Jack Frost is on his way.
In other news of the season, I am really quite tempted to write to the Christkind. Apparently whoever does so, not only gets a letter back by Christmas eve, but also gets a little toy included in the reply! The little kid in me is calling out...
